APPOINTMENTS - All cancellations of appointments must be made 24 hours prior to appointment time. No exceptions will be made for late cancellations. By limiting unused hour time slots, everyone will have a chance to work out as often as they choose. Please be sure of the day and time you schedule to avoid loss of sessions.
* I will follow the same 24 hour cancellation policy. I will also commit to showing up no longer than 5 minutes late for any appointment. If I am more than 5 minutes late, you will receive that session free of charge!
REFERRALS - We have an outstanding referral plan. Not only does the new client get the referral bonus, the person referring that client gets the referral bonus on their next package as well. For any 18 session package, both people get 25% off their their package.
