At Make It Happen Personal Training you don't need any experience, equipment or a gym membership. Wherever you are, I BRING THE GYM TO YOU! Personal Training sessions can be performed at your home or building, at a friends house, at your place of work, or at a nearby park or open area.
- Specialized Individual Program - you get a workout program designed for you that is based on your needs: your goals, your lifestyle, your current level of fitness. Your workout program will include training in some or all of the areas of: flexibility, stabilization / core, cardiovascular, and strength training. I teach you how to maximize your time, and fit working out into your life instead of out of the question.
- One-on-One personal attention - you get complete and uninterrupted supervision and guidance. I make sure your workout is going in a safe and effective manner, and quickly respond to any questions you may have or assistance you may need. All workout sessions are at least 1 hour and your session will never be interrupted.
- Group Training - allows you to get a great workout in an exciting, supportive, group environment. Here you can stay motivated by others, and share your success with those going through the same experience.
- Nutritional Guidance - included FREE with your personal training package you get ongoing nutritional assistance. and direction. You will receive Nutrition Strategy Guides that help you better understand your key nutrients: proteins, carbohydrates and fats. The Guides will answer some common nutrition questions, and provide you with a usable list of healthy foods and snacks. Together, we will figure out how to improve your eating habits without dramatically changing your lifestyle.
- Support and Motivation - you don't have to worry about having enough energy or motivation to exercise. I bring all the positive energy, attitude, and enthusiasm right to you, and keep you moving toward your fitness goals. All you need is the desire to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
